C-Section?

When the contractions became stronger again the baby’s heart rate went down again. Not as bad as earlier but still to critical levels. We were very concerned but the nurse did not make a concerned impression. I’d rather had the impression that she did not read our chart at all and therefore did not know [...]

Stop the contractions

The doctor decided to add some additional embryonic fluid. She had broken the bag earlier already to increase contractions. Now she wanted to re-add fluid to support the baby. Simone also had to put on an Oxygen mask to increase the oxygen level for herself and the baby. I was side-lined and had to watch [...]

The contractions become stronger over the next hour but then suddenly dropped off when the nurse increased the level of Pitocin in the IV. For 2 hours nothing happened. No contractions, no nothing.
